PARTY RENTAL INFORMATION

VENUE RENTAL ONLY

Venue Rental:
- Event (3-hour Minimum): $150 per hour Friday- Sunday. $125 Per hour Monday - Thursday
- $100 for each additional hour
  - An enchanting space for a short but sweet celebration, perfect for birthday parties or small social gatherings.
- Private Events: $1,500
  - Ideal for weddings, corporate events, or family reunions, providing full access to our venue and its holiday cheer for you private event.
- Evening Elegance (6pm-12am): $250 per hour with a 4-hour minimum Friday - Sunday. $200 per hour Monday - Thursday
  - Spend a magical evening surrounded by festive lights, perfect for company holiday parties or elegant receptions.

Each rental includes tables, chairs, and standard festive decorations. Special decorations and AV equipment can be arranged for an additional fee.
